All tenders for the maintenance and repair of electrical generators/motors are subject to the general sales conditions of ARRANO TALLERES ELECTROMECANICOS S.L.

-The price and timeline for delivery of our tender will always be understood to be for material delivered to Talleres Arrano S.L., in Zegama, without packaging.

Unless the tender states otherwise, the customer will contract the transport and will guarantee that it will be covered to prevent it from getting wet, especially after the maintenance/repair of the motor/generator. Whatever the conditions of the contract and shipping, the goods will always travel at the cost and risk of the Purchaser.

– If our tender is not accepted, the time spent on the diagnosis and its preparation will be invoiced. The motor/generator will be returned disassembled.

-If the Purchaser would like the motor/generator to be returned assembled, this will be invoiced. The quote is valid for 30 calendar days from its issue date and is subject to the confirmation of the order. If the client does not respond within 6 months, we will send the disassembled motor/generator carriage forward and having applied the previous point.

-Once the Purchaser has been informed that their motor/generator is ready for shipping, the invoice will be issued after seven calendar days.

– If other anomalies are detected during the maintenance/repair of the motor/generator, they will be communicated to the Purchaser, evaluated and invoiced as extra work.

– The guarantee will depend on the repair carried out in each case. See the specific tender. Unless indicated otherwise, 6 months for preventive maintenance and one year for components repaired, applicable only to the procedure carried out.

This will be counted from date of the delivery note. Any action carried out on the motor/generator by anyone unrelated to Arrano TALLERES ELECTROMECÁNICOS during the guarantee period will automatically render it null.

-This contract expressly excludes any compensation by Arrano TALLERES ELECTROMECÁNICOS S.L. for indirect damage or consequences, such as production losses, downtime, etc. that may be caused to the Purchaser in the execution of this contract.

-If the presence of asbestos is suspected when dismantling the machine, a sample will be sent to the laboratory. The shipping of the sample, its analysis and/or the extra work caused by the asbestos will be quoted separately.

-The payment conditions will be those agreed during the delivery of the tender. Delay by the purchaser in making the payments within the timelines set will grant us the right to charge, from the expiration date, the normal bank interest plus 2%.

-In any lawsuits or legal hearings that may arise, only the Courts and Tribunals of San Sebastian-Donostia will have competence, to which both parties are expressly subjected, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction.
